Quotation comparison service was really helpful in understanding the differences between quotes and identifying areas that can be modified to reduce cost.

County Washrooms have now completed 3 blocks of toilets for St Benedict's School in Suffolk and we were very happy with the quality of the work. They scheduled the works in over the summer break to reduce the impact on the school and have completed the works to a very high standard. They did our first block about 6 months ago and more recently did 2 more. The whole process from initial conversations to finish was very professional and they continue to support after the refit has been completed with any minor snags. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. It is also worth noting that they can also do other remedial / building works as well so worth asking.

John Mortlock and his team were exceptional yet again - this is the third time of using County Washrooms and I would highly recommend. With each tender process they come through with competitive pricing and deliver on time with conscientious staff and a high quality finish. The school environment is not always straight forward but nothing is too much trouble. Thank you team.

Contractor Review for County Washrooms
I recently had the pleasure of working with County Washrooms on a toilet refurbishment project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality.
Communication: Throughout the project, John maintained clear and consistent communication. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns I had. This level of transparency made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Workmanship: The quality of work delivered was outstanding. Every detail was meticulously attended to, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the transformation of our tired and old facilities
Timeliness: They adhered to the project timeline and completed the work on the agreed schedules. Their punctuality and efficiency were greatly appreciated, especially given the complexity of some of the works.
Professionalism: From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team exhibited a high level of professionalism. They were respectful, courteous, and always maintained a clean and organised worksite, particularly during term time
Overall Experience: I highly recommend County Washrooms for any school refurbishment project. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future on a new project in Swindon

County Washrooms refurbished one of our Year 2 washrooms over the summer holidays with a fantastic outcome. John Mortlock and his team were so helpful from first contact to final installation. We will be using their services again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great all round service.
